All passengers‚ including children and infants must present their passport or acceptable official identity card and other travel document at check-in.
Passengers are entirely responsible for traveling with the correct and requested documentation, and comply with all laws, regulations, orders, demands and requirements (including any applicable health document, exit, entry tax, visa, customs and other legal and statutory formalities), of any countries to be flown from or into.
This also applies to animal travelling with the Passengers, for which all the required documents, including vaccine certificates, must be up-to-date and valid for the countries of departure and / or destination.

Where legally permitted, St Barth Executive reserves the right to hold, photocopy or otherwise reproduce a travel document presented by any passenger.
